If you decided to regain your hair
If you made a decision to undergo a hair transplant surgery or any other procedure in our clinic, you can make initial contact with our administrator through email or Skype, and then, if possible, to receive an online consultation and talk directly to one of our doctors.
We will provide you with comprehensive information about the surgery terms which includes your health certificates with the test results that shall be granted to an individual physician according to requirements of the official Russian health authorities. These certificates prove your ability to choose a medical service without jeopardizing your health, and avoid undesirable life-threatening complications. As an option, you may submit your health tests upon your arrival to St. Petersburg by applying directly to our clinic. In this case, you should arrive a few days prior to the procedure. Please notify our administrator in advance. If you need our assistance reserving a hotel for your stay, our administrator will also help you make a reasonable choice.
When terms and conditions of your arrival to St. Petersburg are agreed, you should contact the embassy or consulate of the Russian Federation in your country to get a Russian entrance visa. Having obtained your visa, you shall notify our administrator. Should any issues arise, you can always discuss them with our administrator and find the optimal solution.
